1959 Grand Prix motorcykel racing sæsonen var den 11. F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix sæson.

Sæsonen bestod af 7 Grand Prix løb i 5 klasser: 500cc, 350cc, 250cc, 125cc og Sidevogn 500cc. Sæsonen begyndte d. 17 Maj med det Franske Grand Prix og sluttede med Nations Grand Prix i Italien d. 6 September.

Nations Grand Prix'et afholdte også et 175 cc løb, der ikke talte med i VM, løbet blev vundet af Italieneren Francesco Villa.
